1. Intro to Koakuma-verse

Koakuma is a medieval fantasy 3D MMORPG. Its goal is to create a complete medieval fantasy world experience, where all the characters are animals, and where players can venture, socialize, trade, or develop a town as a lord.

2. Earn as you play: How to collect adventure rewards

As you go on adventures, you can also collect rewards. This is how it works:

As a player, you can choose from different roles in the game. Each roles has different gameplay.

The more enemies you defeat, the more abilities you grow. The more equipment you gain, the more skills you gain and use in adventures.

Eventually, you will also get to explore further unknown lands.

What should you expect in the adventures?

This is a mysterious but dangerous world.

Expect hiding enemies, altars with effects and relics, and challenges in adventure copies.

The good news, though, is you can open treasure chests along the way!

How can you earn adventure rewards?

You can earn rewards randomly as you go on adventures and fight battles.

Types of adventure rewards:
Daily dungeons — Randomly dropped tokens, equipment, and other valuable items
Treasure dungeons — A dungeon made to loot precious Koakuma tokens
Elite dungeons — A dungeon made mainly to raid monsters that drop essential equipment.
Collection dungeons — a dungeon dedicated for gathering rare production of resources

What can tokens, equipment, and other rare items do?

These will improve your skills and abilities, which will help you defeat more enemies and last longer in battles!

Even better, you can also trade your collectables with other players to earn more income.

If you got extra tokens, that’s even better… You can buy more equipment, so you can explore more lands and collect more rewards, tokens, or items.

3. Build as you like: Collect skills, gather materials, & create items

Besides going on adventures, you can also collect life skills, gather materials, and create your very own items in Koakuma.

Here’s how it works:

As you play, you will encounter wild materials or resources like rare ores and precious herbs. Using your life skills, you can process those materials and use them to create items that will help you in adventures.

Koakuma’s pet-system

Koakuma’s ally pets are called imps. They always follow the player around, even to explore the most dangerous dungeon ever in the Koakumaverse. Imps are not fighters, but rather are native gatherers that existed for centuries.

Gathered materials by Imps can be processed by life skills to produce new items that help explorers.

How to gather materials?

Here’s how you can gather materials:

（1）Learn more skills

In Koakuma, you can learn more life skills and then gather materials.Learning those skills will help your pets collect materials in designated areas.

Eg: You can let them mine minerals or gather herbs in the wild.

（2）Buy from other players

What if you don’t want to spend time gathering materials? You can also buy materials from other players. Of course, if you want to sell your material to someone else, that’s fine.

How to create new items?

After gathering or buying materials, you need to process them to produce new items. For example, herbal medicine is made into medicine bottles through pharmaceutical technology, and ore is made into weapons through craftsmen. These items produced can be sold in the market.

4. Token economy: The main two tokens

You can earn two types of tokens in the game: Governance Tokens and Circulation Tokens.

Governance Tokens($KKMA)

The issuance of Governance tokens are limited. The total number issued has been determined at the beginning of the project. You can only use this token for a certain period of time.

For example, if you want to improve the equipment’s level, you can use governance tokens.

Governance tokens are used in in-game governance. Digital Autonomous Organization (DAO) can determine the generation, collection, and redistribution of in-game tokens like Governance Tokens.

So, in the long run, DAO will set the direction of the game.
